Where it is right now

The app is live and free to download — on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets.

A look at the app

A minute and a half through the tenant app — the balance, paying rent, signing a document, and reporting a repair.

What you can do

A man smiling at his phone while holding a coffee in a bright kitchen.

Pay your rent

See what is due and when, look back over every charge and payment, and pay by bank transfer or Zelle. Which methods you see is up to your landlord.

Sign your documents

Read your lease and anything else your landlord sends, then sign it with your finger — signature and initials — without leaving the app.

Report a repair

Send a maintenance request in a few taps, then follow it: who picked it up, what they said, and how the status changed along the way.

Talk to your landlord

Read and reply to messages about your tenancy, so the conversation lives with the lease it belongs to instead of in a lost text thread.

English and Spanish, your choice

Pick your language when you sign in and change it whenever you like. It is your setting, not your landlord’s — you can read everything in Spanish while they work in English.

Free for tenants

Tenants never pay to use Rental Tracker. There is no subscription, no fee to pay rent through it, and no advertising. Your landlord pays for the service.
